During this period, certain areas may experience power outages, including possible overnight disruptions in villas. The transition to generator power is expected to occur in early August 2024, which means that while these enhancements are underway, your stay may include some adjustments to power supply, particularly as the resort transitions back to its regular electrical system anticipated by the end of August 2024.

The resort’s towers, including Molokai, Maui, and Lanai, will undergo substantial villa refurbishments along with plumbing renovations from approximately June 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The renovations will be carried out daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST, which may lead to some noise due to construction activities. Intermittent disruptions to resort amenities may also occur during this time.

Your vacation can begin with our exclusive weekly rentals, allowing check-ins only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This enables you to take full advantage of your time in paradise.
